Ana Stratulat

hey, Ana here. learning how to feel, to heal, and to truly live.

I was quiet.

But silence is not absence. It’s transformation.

I didn’t disappear.

I just stopped explaining myself to a world that wasn’t ready to understand me.

Time passed.

People changed.

And so did I.

But not in the way you can easily see.

I learned how to sit with myself without needing noise.

I learned that not every version of me deserves to be shared.

And most importantly… I learned how to see.

Not just faces.

Not just smiles.

Not just the masks people wear so well.

I started seeing stories.

Pain hidden behind confidence.

Kindness behind cold eyes.

Loneliness in the loudest rooms.

And it changed everything.

We live in a world where it’s easier to judge than to understand.

Where we decide who someone is in a second…

based on how they look, how they talk, how they show up.

But people are not covers.

And souls are not something you can read at first glance.

Not everyone is good.

But not everyone deserves to be misunderstood either.

There is so much more behind a person than what they choose to show you.

And sometimes… the strongest people are the ones who look the most distant.

I came back.

Not louder.

Not seeking attention.

But stronger.

More aware.

More real than ever before.

So if there’s something I want you to take from this, it’s this:

Look again.

Before you judge.

Before you assume.

Before you decide who someone is.

Because you never really know what someone is carrying…

and you never know how much a little understanding can change everything.
