Ana Stratulat

hey, Ana here. learning how to feel, to heal, and to truly live.

9 things I’ve learned in 2023:

1. you don’t need to be good at something to enjoy it.

2. if it feels wrong, don’t do it.

3. some people are in your life just to show you what you don’t want.

4. you will never become good at

something if you don’t allow yourself to suck at it.

5. it doesn’t matter if you fail, try again.

you have unlimited tries.

6. you will be powerful if you can be alone and not feel like you need anything more.

7. get your thoughts out. write it down in your journal or say it to someone. it will help with your sanity.

8. if you’re not okay, stop pretending that you are. being honest is the way to recovery.

9. know when to quit. if you reach a dead end, it’s better to change direction.

Ron.
